About the Role
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES):
- Act as the technical expert for the following solutions, focusing on end-to-end operational support and management:
- Trend Micro – Full-cycle management of endpoint protection platforms, from deployment to advanced policy tuning and alert response.
- SentinelOne – End-to-end EDR operations, including agent lifecycle management, threat hunting, and automated remediation.
- CrowdStrike – Comprehensive support for the Falcon platform, ensuring full visibility, threat detection, and incident containment.
- Operational Support: Provide expertise in handling solutions on a day-to-day operational basis or supporting customers.
- Support the project cycle under guidance:
- Data Gathering & Documentation – Assist in understanding customer environments and maintaining technical documentation.
