Associate Security Engineer (Endpoint Security)

RESPONSIBILITIES

INCLUDES TASKS AND AUTHORITIES:

• Act as the technical expert for the following solutions focusing on end-to-end operational support and management:
• Trend Micro Full-cycle management of endpoint protection platforms from deployment to advanced policy tuning and alert response.
• SentinelOne End-to-end EDR operations including agent lifecycle management threat hunting and automated remediation.
• CrowdStrike Comprehensive support for the Falcon platform ensuring full visibility threat detection and incident containment.
• Operational Support Provide expertise in handling solutions on a day-to-day operational basis or supporting customers.
• Support the project cycle under guidance:
• Data Gathering & Documentation Assist in understanding customer environments and maintaining technical documentation.
