About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Sec Asia Settlements team , supporting settlement processes for equities and bonds across APAC markets, with a primary focus on Australia. This role involves managing trade settlements, investigating breaks and fails, and collaborating with global teams to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely settlement of trades across APAC markets (primary focus: Australia).
• Perform pre-matching, fails investigation, and break clearance.
• Process fees and cash payments accurately.
• Monitor nostro and depot breaks and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve issues and escalate client-impacting matters.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
