Associate Sales Manager – Sao Paolo Multinational company leader in their sector, is looking for a Sales Manager team lead, in charge of leading 3-5 team members and carrying their own quota. This is a hybrid role where you would have to go to the office 3 days a week. Job purpose: To lead a group of 3 – 4 Sales Associates in their day-to-day sales activity. To drive revenue growth through managing your team with their opportunity portfolio, personal marketing activity & personal development. Your role will be compounded by owning your own opportunity portfolio as well; supporting clients in assessing their Human Capital Management strategy & demonstrating why ADP should be their chosen partner.
