About the Role
The Associate, Retail Channel (Teller) is responsible for providing superior and efficient customer service that includes handling an array of transactional services as well as promoting bank products in accordance with established processes, guidelines and in strict compliance with applicable regulations. Position works on-site based in Dorado, PR.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides high quality and efficient services to customer base adhering to all procedures and practices.
Provides prompt, courteous and efficient services to the organization’s customers with precision and accuracy adhering to all procedures and practices established by management.
