Overview
The R&D Associate Director plays a pivotal role in planning and managing a R&D department of AOX and Palatants in EMENA. The role includes managing relations with the US teams. This position is a senior member of the leadership team in KN EMEA.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute goals, strategies and tactics in the area of responsibility as part of the broader strategic plan and in concert with Kemin.Lead and manage cross functional programs, often including staff and facilities internationally.Liaise with collaborators including government and private sectors both domestically and internationally.Provide accurate and timely project status/updates within the BU and to other business units.Manage facilities for the KNE.
