Summary:
Excellent technical, communication and leadership skills.
2+ years of managing cross-functional teams in an onshore-offshore distributed team environment.
2+ years of experience in managing Agile teams with a detailed understanding of agile methodologies and how to implement them.
Proficient in .NET (ASP, C#), SQL Server etc
. Experience of all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools.
Makes decisions and takes timely independent action in pursuit of priorities.
Understands key project metrics
