Associate Program Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support end-to-end planning and execution of hackathons under the guidance of a Program Manager
• Assist in client communication, preparing updates, tracking action items, and coordinating followups
• Help develop project plans, timelines, and task trackers to keep deliverables on schedule
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Outreach, Operations) to ensure smooth event execution
• Monitor project risks and flag potential issues proactively with suggested mitigation approaches
• Assist in budget tracking and ensure activities remain within scope
• Maintain documentation, meeting notes, status reports, and post-event summaries
• Support vendor and partner coordination for event-related services
