Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact to Manufacturing team for assistance in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electro‑mechanical and electro‑optical manufacturing issues.
• Create and maintain documentation to support manufacturing changes, including assembly procedures, Work Instructions and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) authoring.
• Attend and provide responses to daily cell standup meetings.
• Participate in daily cell MRB meetings, including supporting closure of NCRs and disposition of non‑conforming material.
• Responsible for the development of manufacturing processes and procedures for WESCAM products. This includes the creation of PFMEA, SPC, First Pass Approval (FPA), control plans, tooling and test procedures.
