Associate Mgr Physical Security

Provides managerial oversight and operational leadership for the maintenance, reliability, and compliance of physical security and fire protection systems. Manages technicians responsible for access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, fire alarm, and fire suppression systems to ensure life-safety readiness and business continuity. Oversees preventive and corrective maintenance programs, incident response, inspections, and regulatory compliance with applicable codes and AHJ requirements. Collaborates with internal stakeholders and vendors to support system performance, maintenance and capital planning.
