Job Responsibilities :
Preparation and review of finance and accounting overall function including monthly management report with analysis report, required schedules, bank reconciliation, and inter-company reconciliation.Assisting on day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, and general ledger activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize financial processes, streamline operations, and drive efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of financial operations.
Ensure timely & accurate generation of monthly/quarterly/annual accounts, quarterly & yearly Performance Reports, with proper analysis of schedules and analysis with the assistance of subordinates
