Associate Legal Counsel

Job Summary

• Deliver in-house legal counsel function and provide comprehensive legal advice and support, to the Legal Director, which includes drafting and reviewing contracts and intended changes to Rules and Bye-Laws, compliance, governance and helping the Club be PDPA compliant.
• Provide administrative, project and executive support to the Director by ensuring that all tasks are completed according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Organisation’s Legal and Compliance areas such as technology and media, IP, data protection (PDPA, GDPR etc.), labour, club and corporate issues.
• Implement and ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations, and other corporate formalities.
• Assist in implementing compliance programs.
