About the Role
Description
iSoftStone, Inc. is seeking an Associate IT Support Engineer to join our team in Montreal, Canada. This is a part-time (20 hours per week / 4 hours per day) hybrid role. Candidates must reside in the Greater Montreal Area and be willing to travel occasionally to Toronto, Vancouver, or other Canadian offices when on-site intervention is necessary. This role also provides remote support coverage for Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Daily IT and Network Operations: Maintain and troubleshoot office network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi, and VPNs) to ensure stable connectivity.
- Manage basic server environments and administer office collaboration platforms (Office 365, Google Workspace, Azure AD). Provide Level 1/Level 2 employee technical support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT issues, providing direct on-site support for Montreal staff and comprehensive remote support for the Toronto team.
