**Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, storagen and network devices.
+ Perform onsite hardware installation, network patching, and troubleshooting.
+ Support on-premises and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
+ Assist in administering Office 365, Active Directory, and enterprise applications
+ Monitor system performance and assist in implementing improvements.
+ Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating as needed
+ Conduct routine system checks to ensure reliability.
+ Follow security best practices and company IT policies.
