Product/Platform Engineer
(Software)
We are looking for engineers who will be responsible to support reported platform software related technical issues (System IO / Firmware / BIOS / ME / Graphics) for post-launch Intel products.
In this role, you will be acting as a platform technical expert to support customers, resolving customer questions, triage and debug customers issues and will be working closing with the other product support engineers.
Requirements
- Software experience in various areas (firmware, driver, middleware and application level) with debugging skills on embedded Linux or other real time operating systems (Microsoft Operating Systems - Windows 7/8.x/10, Windows Embedded, etc.).
- Knowledge of standard embedded systems buses/wired connectivity and protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, USB, PCIE,GPIO).
