Associate - HIV Prevention

Overview

CHAI is seeking an Associate for HIV Prevention to support ongoing HIV prevention efforts and coordinate the national rollout of long-acting Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) products. The Associate will work closely with the MoH, and a network of other stakeholders, including communities, to accelerate regulatory, policy, training, service delivery, and demand generation efforts. This role requires strong project management skills, technical understanding of HIV prevention programming, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across stakeholders. The Associate will report to the Senior Director — Infectious Diseases and will support planning, execution, and monitoring of all activities in PrEP National Introduction and Acceleration Plan. The Associate will be responsible for various tasks, including quantitative and qualitative analytics and collaborating with stakeholders, including MOH, to build sustainable data-driven solutions.
