We’re looking for an Associate Full-stack Software Engineer to join our Information Systems team at MBPS. In this role, you will play a key, dynamic role in modernizing our customer interactions, helping to integrate analytics, business intelligence and AI into our decisions while providing actionable insights to stakeholders across the business.

Position Responsibilities: 
Design, develop, and implement user interfaces and back-end services that support AI chatbot functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, product managers, and AI/NLP specialists, to ensure successful chatbot implementation
Leverage natural language processing (NLP) libraries and services to improve chatbot understanding and generate contextual responses
Implement conversation flows, logic, and state management for chatbot interactions
