Associate Engineer - Program Management

Responsibilities

• Follow up with production on scheduling and execution
• Coordinating and monitoring shift build plan with engineering, production etc
• Production index (Pack out, OTD, HPU, CT, Aging, and DPPM)
• Disposition of excess material in a timely manner after closure of Jobs.
• Communication and working with relevant owners in mitigating any risk during execution of build
• Able to analyze production execution health (output, Aging, Stock item consumption, WIP and JO variance) to ensure proper control & compliance
• Compliance to ISO Requirements, company rules & regulations, applicable codes etc.
• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
• Category Management 50% A Production scheduling, tactical schedule adherence, cycle time improvement and inventory management.
