We are looking for an Associate Engineer to support installation coordination and service order management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely installations, accurate order management, and a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

Make an Impact by:

• Managing and coordinating field technician enquiries and liaising with Sales Teams, Dealers, Hello Shops, Vendors, and Hotline teams on appointments and service requests.
• Validating and processing Fiber and ADSL applications (Migration, New, Re-contract, Cancellation) accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Coordinating installation appointments, including rebooking or rescheduling due to OpenNet issues, customer requests, or missed appointments.
• Monitoring delays and taking remedial or escalation actions when required, while proactively updating customers on progress and managing expectations.
