This senior, client-facing role involves delivering complex projects across commercial, residential, and mission-critical sectors while mentoring junior engineers and supporting the wider team.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

* Lead and deliver electrical design services for multi-disciplinary projects of varying size and complexity

* Develop initial strategic concepts, ensuring solutions meet briefs and regulatory standards

* Work closely with clients, contractors, and architects to translate briefs into deliverable designs

* Monitor project resources, fees, and outputs alongside team leadership
