Associate director – strategy & operations

About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Associate Director – Strategy & Operations to drive business strategy, operational excellence, and new market creation. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical rigor, experience in 0-to-1 environments , and the ability to convert strategic ideas into scalable execution.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to build new business lines, and optimize core operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own 0-to-1 strategic initiatives from idea validation through pilot and scale-up, driving structured experimentation, tracking outcomes, and ensuring successful rollout across markets.
Build business cases, operating models, and financial projections for new initiatives.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities, risks, and structural improvements.
Partner with Operations, Growth, Product, and Tech teams to drive execution.
