Associate Director-Software Delivery

• This Position reports to Group Delivery head.
• This position's designation would be Associate Director. This is a management level position.
• Manages a team of 100 with a direct reporting of Technical Delivery Managers, Architects, etc.
• This position is based in Pune in WFO working mode.

The key responsibilities would include –

• Delivery Management: Define and execute the overall plan for the delivery unit which will include areas like - Revenue/account growth, Account receivables, Margins, Risk Management, Quality Management, Project governance, etc. Manage and monitor projects of wide variety and sizes – Startups, mid-size ISVs, Enterprises with complex products with modern Architecture / Technology Stack, Product Implementation and Support Projects. Manage key operational parameters for the unit - including utilization and resource pyramids.
