Job Description
Requirements:
13+ years of experience in project management, with at least 6-7 years in a senior leadership role
Prior experience in Retail, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), and e-Commerce business domains
Demonstrated experience managing and leading a team of approximately 60 to 70 resources effectively
Proven ability to handle and oversee a project portfolio valued at approximately $10 to $15 million
Strong background in project delivery, team building, and operational management, ideally with experience in setting up and running new office locations
Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and lead diverse groups toward common goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as a key point of contact for local issues and facilitate smooth functioning of the office
