A highly regarded and long-established Chartered Accountancy Practice based in Ripon is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join its leadership team. This is a key strategic appointment within the firm, offering the opportunity to play an integral role in the future growth and succession planning of the business.

The successful candidate will join the Management Team and take responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients, leading and developing the accounts team, and supporting the ongoing development and modernisation of the practice.
