Associate Director, People Technology Functional Development (Workday) (m/f/d)

The role

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, People Technology Functional Developmentto join our global People Technology team at HelloFresh, with ownership of our Core HCM and Talent systems portfolio, delivered primarily through Workday.

In this role, you will act as the senior functional partner for Core HR and Talent domains, shaping and governing ongoing functional demand and ensuring solutions are delivered consistently, safely, and at scale. You will sit at the intersection of leadership and execution, with accountability for functional quality, backlog management, and delivery outcomes.

You will work closely with People, business, Operations, and Integrations stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality functional solutions aligned with the broader People Technology strategy.
