The Associate Director, IT Transformation is responsible for leading and developing IT solutions for Digital InfraCo business units, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, business objectives, and compliance standards. As the owner of IT solution architecture, the role ensures the successful implementation and operationalisation of Digital InfraCo’s BSS initiatives.


Make an impact by

  • Lead IT solution architecture and delivery for Digital InfraCo’s BSS platforms.

  • Engage vendors, internal IT teams, and business stakeholders as part of IT portfolio and change management processes.

  • Translate business requirements into technical scope and solution designs for BSS applications.

  • Ensure end-to-end service management of BSS solutions, including SLA monitoring and service performance.

  • Manage vendor relationships, project implementation schedules, and delivery milestones.
