We are seeking an ambitious, hands-on, and strategically-minded Associate Director, Finance & Accounting to own the entire financial function of the company. You will be the custodian of our financial health, driving everything from daily operational accounting to strategic financial planning and FinOps optimization. This is a high-impact role requiring strong technical accounting knowledge, a detail-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to business growth and efficiency.
Experience
- 5-6 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, and Operations, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment. CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
