Job Description
Handle ocean/air freight negotiations and ensure timely container placements for CIF/CFR/FOB shipments.Drive revenue through timely order processing, dispatch accuracy, and strong credit/payment checks to reduce risks.Ensure seamless customer service with prompt confirmations, accurate updates, error‑free documentation, and post‑shipment support.Maintain full compliance with export‑import regulations, customs norms, ECGC limits, and permit requirements.
