Associate Director (Corporate Finance & Valuations) opportunity in Bahrain.

An international firm is expanding its Deals Advisory practice, one of the largest and fastest-growing advisory businesses worldwide. They are seeking a seasoned Associate Director to lead projects across valuations, corporate finance, and transaction advisory services.

In this role, you will:
· Deliver valuation, M&A, IPO, and fundraising advisory engagements.
· Lead transaction due diligence and financial analysis.
· Supervise and mentor a team of 6–10 professionals across multiple engagements.
· Build trusted relationships with senior clients and contribute to business development.

About You:
· CA / CPA / ACCA qualification.
· Several years of experience in Deals, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
· Proven track record in valuations, restructuring, and financial modeling.
