Associate Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Developer (Power Platform & SharePoint) to design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint, including integrations with existing systems and third-party tools. You will support end-to-end delivery—from requirements and architecture to deployment and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and recommend solutions aligned with business needs
• Design, build, implement, and maintain Power Platform & SharePoint solutions
• Lead delivery using Agile/DevOps practices (CI/CD testing and deployments)
• Collaborate with teams to enhance existing applications and create new solutions
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve or escalate as needed
• Review design/defects and guide developers/support teams on fixes
• Create and maintain documentation (RDD, SDD, SLTO, TSMP)
