About the Role

Responsibilities
Handle questions from internal and external customers on the phone and via email during office hours
Process returns and invoice corrections in our SAP system
Prepare agreements for evaluation, loan, rental and purchases
Interpret and assign customer requests to the appropriate departments and teams
Investigate and resolve customer disputes and consequently communicate with internal departments to find solutions and preventative actions
Participate in team meetings and project team activities to set priorities, discuss process improvements and solve issues together

What you bring

1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, hospitality or a similar position
Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows-based computer applications
Experience with SAP is preferred
Fluent oral and written communication skills in German and English
