About the Role
The Junior Creative Director will lead the brand's creative direction and execution, ensuring all campaigns reflect a cohesive luxury identity.
You'll work closely with the Head of People & Marketing and oversee the creative team to bring campaigns to life — from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the creative team (designers, videographers, editors)
Develop and oversee campaign concepts and storytelling
Ensure cohesive brand aesthetics across online and offline materials
Direct photoshoots, content production, and marketing visuals
Collaborate closely with marketing to align creative strategy with campaign goals
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven experience leading a creative team
Strong creative execution skills across digital and traditional marketing
Demonstrated experience developing campaign concepts and brand visuals
Strong eye for luxury branding and premium aesthetics
