Job Description

Visa is seeking an attorney to support mainly Visa’s business operations in the Southern Cone (Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Bolivia) as part of Visa’s Legal & Compliance team for the Latin America & Caribbean region. The position will be based in Buenos Aires.

This role requires a commercially focused legal professional with proven expertise in financial regulatory matters, contract negotiation, and civil, commercial and consumer law. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to the business handling diverse legal issues. It demands agility, ownership and strategic thinking to support the company in today’s fast‑changing legal and industry environment.

• Advise on financial regulatory frameworks applicable in the five jurisdictions; monitor regulatory developments; support regulatory implementation strategies.
