An Indian subsidiary of Amazon.com, a US-based MNC in the payments business, has an opening for an Associate Corporate Counsel with 3-5 years of post‑qualification experience in implementing privacy and data protection requirements, technology law, and related legal advisory. The position is based in Bangalore and is fixed‑term 3 years. The ACC reports to a Corporate Counsel / Senior Corporate Counsel.

The Attorney will partner with a cross‑functional legal team and business operations clients to achieve operational excellence, advise on a range of issues to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including corporate secretarial compliance, draft and negotiate contracts.
