You will serve on the Capital Markets Client Services team, help clients resolve issues, interpret data, and navigate the Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms. Working as a team is essential, and the role interacts with Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support.
Responsibilities and Impact
After 1–2 months of training and mentorship, you will support clients over the phone, via web chats and emails. You will receive deep‑dive training on our data, present group projects, learn about our customer segments, and gain exposure to additional S&P Global platforms.
