About the Role

Working closely with the Service Line Lead, you will drive business growth by identifying opportunities and translating them into actionable client plans. Simultaneously, you will oversee the flawless delivery of projects—specifically in Mystery Shopping and Retail Execution—by coordinating field teams and supervising a dedicated Research Executive. 
In this context, the Associate Client Service Director will have the following main responsibilities:  
Commercial Development & Client Consultancy  
Account Management: Take full ownership of client accounts with turnover responsibility, ensuring the retention and satisfaction of existing business.
