Associate Centre Manager (Therapy & Developmental)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily centre operations to ensure therapy programmes run smoothly.
• Plan, coordinate, and review individualised and group therapy programmes to meet each client’s developmental goals.
• Supervise therapists and support staff, providing guidance, performance feedback, and ensuring professional standards are maintained.
• Manage staff and therapist timetables, caseloads, and room scheduling to ensure efficient centre operations.
• Conduct or oversee client assessments, progress reviews, and documentation when required.
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapy plans based on assessments and therapist input.
• Handle parent enquiries, intake discussions, and ongoing communication regarding programmes and client progress.
