About the Role

 JOB SUMMARY:
 To assist the building service supervisor in the daily operation service of the housing linen, laundry and mail center.
 Provide timely and professional services in accordance with established policy and standards. 
 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Abide by national laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules and other normative documents, and prohibit any behavior suspected of violating national laws, administrative laws and departmental rules.
 Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
 Supervise and manage all kinds of hardware and software equipment of DEPT. to ensure that all equipment is in good working condition.
 Responsible for the daily service operation of the linen, laundry & mail center in TM Housing According to the DEPT. policy to provide related change service and mail issuing to resident employee’s, avoid breakag...
