Job Title: Associate – Beer, Wines & Spirits
Job Location: Manila
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work upon one or more back-end services for the Ocean freight service line, supporting countries, regions, or global and ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks/target assigned. You will be part of a larger team, sharing best practices & working upon the services with continuous improvement approach.
Key Responsibilities:
To understand the requirement of the station's / country's documentation and ensure jobs are executed as per standard operating procedures.
Ensure department SLAs and all Key Performance Indicators are being met as per the agreed delivery guidelines.
Operate on the services according to the shifts, countries, or regions aligned.
Deliver a high level of service quality through timely and accurate completion of services.
