- Budgeting by product / geography
: Sales and Marketing budget by CONMED product group and by distributors in respective territory
- Develop the strategy to win competitors
: Marketing and sales strategy for sales growth
- Alignment distributor/channel to meet sales objectives
: Distributor channel development and distributor channel management
