About the Role

Description  
:We are seeking a Cloud Migration Lead who will act as the technical execution owner for cloud migration programs. This role bridges cloud architecture and hands-on delivery, owning end-to-end migration execution while leading migration engineers and working closely with application, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver successful AWS migrations. 
Responsibilities:  
Own and drive day-to-day migration execution across multiple workloads and applications. 
Lead and mentor a team of migration engineers within a migration factory model. 
Perform application discovery, dependency mapping, and migration factory setup. 
Define and apply appropriate 6R migration strategies based on application and business requirements. 
Execute migrations using AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), AWS DMS, AWS Migration Hub, and relevant third-party tools.
