Associate Application Engineer - Mes

**Accountabilities**
- Contribute to automation and CI/CD pipelines for PAS-X deployments, environment maintenance, and cloud enablement initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve incidents and problems, performing root cause analysis using Lean/Six Sigma-aligned methods and AI-enabled insights.
- Support PAS-X Core3 migration activities and cross-system troubleshooting across.NET services, Oracle/SQL Server databases, Citrix-delivered clients, and JVM-hosted apps (e.g., JBoss).
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time operational insights and anomaly detection.
- Create and improve runbooks, standards, and best practices; document solutions for global teams.
- Collaborate closely with users, infrastructure, and vendor partners; contribute to continuous improvement to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
- Work within Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps practices to plan, deliver, and continuously improve services.
