 :JOB OVERVIEW The Associate Account Manager is a highly visible position who works closely with Account Managers, Fleet Consulting Executives, and key operational areas. Each Client Services member has 100% client retention responsibility.
The Associate Account Manager role builds the skills needed for an Account Manager. Responsibilities include:
Provide administrative and analytical support within a team’s account portfolio for Core and Fleet Administration Account Managers
Support Account Managers and their clients to ensure continued service.
Handle transactions, do research, respond to inquiries, finish projects, and create reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Conduct research, collect data, update status events, and prepare appropriate reporting based upon specific client parameters.
