About the Role
This is a position for the Operational Excellence team in Brazil employee to liaise with the UWL do Brazil office and UWL Inc. office. This person will be responsible for assisting the US Imports/Exports team operationally, handling shipments and providing the customers with better solution for their logistical needs, aiming for customer satisfaction and services agility for UWL, Inc.

- Open Shipments if applicable
- Review and Update opened files according to the documents if applicable
- Operates day-to-day tasks within a workflow
- Communicates with operations, carriers, agents
- Operates tracking & tracing and troubleshoot Rail gate in and gate out.
