About the Role
Plan, Organize and Control Daily Production activities to meet Output and Delivery targets
Develop and Execute Production Schedules aligned with Sales Forecast and Customer Demand
Monitor and Improve Production KPIs (OEE, Productivity, Scrap Rate, Rejection Rate, On-time Delivery)
Ensure all Products meet Quality Standards and Customer Specifications
Optimize manpower Planning, Machine Utilization and Material Usage
Lead and Supervise Production Supervisors, Leaders, Material Handlers, Data Entry & Production Operators
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Work closely with QA, Safety, Maintenance, Warehouse and Sales departments to ensure smooth operations
Control Manufacturing Cost and improve Labor Efficiency
Responsible to ensure Production WIP & Inventory is on Optimum Level
Ensure compliance with Safety Regulations and Company Policies
