Assistant Vice President - Private Wealth Manager

Job Summary: The Assistant Vice President - Private Wealth Capital Raising will be responsible for building and scaling private wealth fundraising channels by developing relationships with wealth management platforms, private banks, small family offices, HNI/UHNI to mobilize capital for various real estate investment opportunities.

This role will work closely with the Finance Head / Investments leadership and cross-functional teams (Investor Relations, Legal, Compliance, and CEO office) to structure, position, and execute fundraising across multiple products and structures such as asset backed investments, franchise investments, NCDs, CCDs and equity. The role is expected to lead high-value transactions and partner engagements through existing network and influence.

This is a client-facing role requiring regular meetings, partner visits, and periodic investor events.
