Assistant Vice President (Legal)

Job Description

• Manage legal matters related to business operations, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, and new business initiatives.
• Lead legal oversight for day-to-day business operations, including commercial contracts and procurement agreements.
• Support the General Counsel in establishing and implementing a global legal framework and policies.
• Review and refine internal legal processes to ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations in offshore, marine, and renewables sectors.
• Draft, review, and negotiate procurement and commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, term sheets, and legal frameworks aligned with global standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of all legal agreements.
