Assistant Vice President - Finance Manager

Job Purpose

Responsible for overseeing statutory and regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with critical requirements that significantly impact the company. Ensure the timely closure of monthly MGN Financials, prepare the monthly financial deck, and oversee the migration to Oracle ERP while maintaining continuity of MGN Financials. Ensure strict financial discipline by adhering to the company policies and procedures.

Key Result Areas

• Validation of monthly financial statements prepared by external accountants and report to management on monthly financial performance and other related reports.
• Ensure timely completion of all statutory compliances & include compliance with corporate taxes, Sales taxes and other relevant legislation.
• Liaise with auditors for completion of Statutory, Internal & Group audit.
• Monitor the cash flow requirements of the company and arrange for necessary funds.
