Assistant Tradesman

Aligned with the company’s cost-saving policy, this role focuses on the efficient management and documentation of Building Repair and Maintenance (R&M) activities in accordance with EIMS procedures. The objective is to deliver high-quality R&M services to end-users while strengthening collaboration between the Building Engineering Section and Engineering Management. This approach supports the overall goal of optimizing maintenance processes and resources in line with the company’s financial objectives.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform skilled maintenance and repair work in masonry, carpentry, painting, and plumbing in accordance with R&M SOPs and EIMS standards.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain tools; report any damages for timely repair or replacement.
• Adhere to safety protocols, use appropriate PPE, and maintain a safe working environment as per EIMS guidelines.
