JOB SUMMARY:
Title Registration - Assistant Sales Admin Manager
Ensures smooth processing of Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) and Tax Declaration (TD) under Buyer's Name through close coordination with different concerned departments and Third-Party External Service Providers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Proper monitoring and follow-up of accounts endorsed to Third Party External Service Providers for the payment of all Registration related Taxes.
2. Timely endorsement of dockets to Third Party External Service Providers for BIR, RD and AO Entry.
3. Proper monitoring and follow-up of accounts endorsed to Third Party External Service Providers for the processing of Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR), Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT) and Tax Declaration (TD).
4. Attends/addresses issues related to Title Transfer processing.
